Logo issue [1] has been fixed in maintenance/12.0 branch.
You can follow this procedure [2] to apply it.

Hoping someone can shed some light on this.
We did an upgrade to the latest

Hoping someone can shed some light on this.
We did an upgrade to the latest maintenance patch of PF and the customizations
we put on the captive portal were removed.
All we did is change the logo (vis the web GUI) and slightly modify the CSS to
fit our color scheme.
Now our custom logo
