Hello, I tried without success. I reviewed my conf files, and found
nothing. I guess that the problem is related to stretch migration, as I had
some problems with winbind during apt dist-upgrade. I will try to import my
conf in a fresh debian 9, it will be simpler

it looks to be more an issue with pfconfig than with the french date.
can you try that:
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd pfconfig clear_backend
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmdconfigreload hard
