after Packman's latest update of the gstreamer 1.0 plugins to version
1.2.0, programs using gstreamer can no longer decode H.264 video files.

I've moved translations, plugins and DBus-interface into package
libkde3_
and submitted the changes from branch to main package in Multimedia.
After rebuild the changes should be active in published binaries (needs
some time).
