[packman] Advance discontinuation notice: Evergreen 11.2

Hi all, To preserve build power we stop to support the following repositories: Evergreen 11.2 by the time it's openSUSE support ends. The above mentioned repositories are deleted on Jan 1st, 2014 (next week). We continue building for openSUSE 11.4, as the packages are compatible with Evergreen
