[packman] Suggestion: Compile VLC against Qt4

Hi everyone, Has any thought been given to compiling VLC against Qt4 for now? I just tried it in my home repo, and the Qt4 build of VLC magically fixes some major bugs that are rearing their heads in VLC with Qt5. Specifically, these two bugs are fixed by using Qt4:
