[packman] Leap 42.1 on PMBS / Publisher

Hi Packman team, it seems there is a problem with build service and/or publisher (at least for Leap 42.1). When I e.g. watch binaries for package ffmpeg, I see the builds for current version 2.8.3 with release number 43.1, but all 32-bit packages are from version 2.8.1 with release number
