the new obs-studio package 29.0.0 will require a new enough srt library in
order to build successfully.
Could some kind soul run a command similar to:
oscpm linkpac openSUSE.org:multimedia:libs/srt Multimedia/A_15.4-srt
oscpm linkpac openSUSE.org:multimedia:libs/srt Multimedia/A_15.3-srt
