Dear Packman team! I just what to share a fix for mediatomb.
Formerly Mediatomb had very useful YouTube support. But it's broken upstream for ages. There are couple of old patches around, but they don't fix the problem anymore. So I tried to fix it myself. I've spend several hours and succeeded. :)
Please find attached my patch, that restores YouTube support in MediaTomb. For now.
The patch fixes parsing of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=* html pages to get direct links for video clips of different quality and formats. The parsing is based on RegExps and closely connected with the current youtube's internal representation of links data (reverse engineered). When youtube changes that, the direct links retrieving will break again...
