SUSE builds fresh net-tools package from latest Sourceforge git already but building mii-tool is excluded in SUSE so packman should take it and build mii-tool only from this package to get rid of outdated and buggy 1.65 release. thanks, Zbigniew

[packman] Latest Mesa-24.1.1-1699.383 released yesterday breaks all GUIs (wayland and X11) on all AMD gpus. Please follow SUSE release Mesa-24.1.1-385.1 and apply fix: - Disable LTO for AMD64.
