Hi! I'm not sure who's "fault" it is, but currently ffmpeg-4 (and the associated libs) are still not available for Leap 42.3 on Packman. Can this be fixed please? I also reopened https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1102671 . For some reason it builds fine on OBS though, so I'm not sur
