I would rather revert to rev19 for the lifetime of Leap42 because that version
works for
I've linked nasm to openSUSE:Factory (build enabled for Leap 42.3 and SLE-12)
and submitted an SR for libx264.
Currently there are a lot of active (re)builds, so it will take a little time
until all packages are published.

Hi there,
I normally convert my .ts videos using h264 format in handbrake.
Normally its encoding rate is around 90-100 fps, but I currently only
get around 16 fps using libx264-152 on openSUSE_Leap_42.3. This means
that encoding a video takes longer than the video itself lasts...
I compared this
