I have a single record database, and I'm using this function to retrieve the data from the form fields. Once in a blue moon, when I'm leaving a form, it causes a Fatal exception. The data is still saved... but I'm not sure what is causing it. Is my storing procedure correct? It seems to work fi

RE: Form Titles

2000-04-18 Thread DeAnna Davidson
It works fine initially if no title is entered in Constructor. However, if you are dynamically changing the title, if title 2 is longer than title 3, the end of title two will still be visible when title 3 is displayed. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Re: MetroWerk's Constructor

Constructor 1.2 (in R6) has a bug in which it uses 100% of CPU. This may result in the situation you are seeing if a lot of processes are running at the same time. If possible I would suggest shutting down other applications, such MS Office, the CW IDE and DevStudio IDE if you have it running. If

I'm pretty sure the VII is not the way to go. Use the SPT1740 and get in touch with Symbol. They provide a variety of local radio interfaces to allow some really weird devices to connect. They also have a custom products group that can build you a special device or help you intergrate one. Rog

Hello, This problem still exists in build 1509 of CodeWarrior. I just thought I'd mention that, in case the folks at Palm and/or Metrowerks thought that the problem was fixed in that version. I reiterate: this is not a "harmless" message. Under some circumstances, it prevents the creation of

RE: Is it possible to push the data on PalmVII?

Working at an RF company I have learned another possible reason why the PalmVII designers might have been wary of "push". A sophisticated digital receiver generally needs a DSP for its implementation. Have you ever tried powering a DSP chip off batteries? Even the low-powered ones eat more than
