Constructor naming conventions

I noticed that the constructor adopts a hungarian naming convention. Nice, but not necessarily my choice. I noticed on the examples that the convention is NOT used. I am hoping but haven't found a switch to turn off automatic name mangling for resource names. Any suggestions? -- Matt
