I just bought a new Handspring Prism and it doesnt fit my serial cradle from
my old 2mb visor. With NT as the OS, it is impossible to use the USB port.

pressed on a form. The Hide show functions seem to not work very well in OS

I would like to read a line from a socket, not knowing its length ahead of

I need to disable all the buttons on the palm, including the silkscreen
buttons. It sounds incredibly rude, but if you knew the app you would

I scanned through the incs directory in my SDK and didnt find it. I thought
I can't use the symbolics browser until you are running in Debug, which I
couldn't unless I could compile (which I couldn't).

The really bizarre thing is that part of my code which has worked for a
LONG time stopped working - OpenOrCreate in my StartApplication().
Everything works fine on the emulator, even when I use ROM from my own
devices, but recently when I passed the 32k size, DmFindDatabase() would

I have finally got most of my beaming code working, but I have a funny
problem of a fatal error after I am done handling the
sysAppLaunchCmdExgReceiveData in PilotMain. I am fairly sure that my code

I am obviously flawed in my approach to edit a int in a table.
Here are my steps:
1) First release TblReleaseFocus
2) TblGrabFocus on row, column
3) TblsSelectItem row,column

I noticed that the constructor adopts a hungarian naming convention. Nice,
but not necessarily my choice. I noticed on the examples that the
convention is NOT used. I am hoping but haven't found a switch to turn off
automatic name mangling for resource names. Any suggestions?

My table draw callback gets the wrong bounds in the draw function set in
TblSetCustomDrawProcedure. Specifically, the row width in the bounds is

Problem solved (thanks Heather) as there is a conflict with the Oracle 7.3
service that was running in the background. I stopped the service (switched
to manual) and now everything works!
