Mishael, You absolutely don't need to wait for the batteries to drain. You can do this right now: 1 Export from current PalmDesktop to csv (save files somewhere safe so the forthcoming uninstall does not delete them) 2 Uninstall current PalmDesktop 3 Install older PalmDesktop 4 Import from csv
