Emulator Rom Files and Devices Selection

With the IDE 9.3 selecting the Emulator rom file PalmOS412 (downloaded from the PalmOS site) only gives me a choice of Palm IIIX, V and Vx as devices. that means I cannot emulate a colour device. How do I get a wider choice of devices to work under the Emulator? Thanks -- For information on usi

Reading Variable Length Text Records & Displaying on Field

Folks, I need help. I have a pdb with 2000 records, each record has 3 variable length null-terminating strings. How do I read each record into my program, concatenate the 3 members of the struct and display the final string on a defined Field? Defining a struct with 3 character pointer member

New Line Code in Data Base Record

Possibly a real newbie question... I coded \n in my database character record to start a new line when writing to a Field. However the Data Manager reads it in as \\n, i.e two characters are read in '\\' and 'n'. Where am I going wrong? -- For information on using the PalmSource Developer Forums

Menu Items

I have a menu bar with 3 titles, each title with 3 - 6 menu items. Tapping on the first item doesn't close the items list, but it does close when I tap on any of the others. This happens on each of the 3 titles. Must be something obvious I am missing... -- For information on using the PalmSource
