Changing "Application Icon Name"

Is there any way programmatically to change the "Application Icon Name" that one sets in the Constructor. It seems like it should be very possible, but I don't see anything in the documentation! I'm looking for something that works under OS 3.0 and more recent. Thanks! Rog
