I guess what I had in mind is to complicate for people reading this forum.
At least could someone advice me on how to create forms with tabs on top?

free. If you've searched the open source sites, and asked here with no
success, then you'll be writing it yourself.

the tabs are actually buttons and you have to draw them yourself.
