How do I get rid of a project from Eclipse?
I have tried closing the project and then deleting it but that does not seem
to get rid of everything. The Suite is installed on a Windows XP system.

on Garnet OS Development Suite (Version: 1.2.1.02) or not.

No, it is not. You will have to port the library yourself.
Alternatively, you can search for one of the existing PalmOS XML
