How to hide *.pdb files?

Hi! I see that some applications hide its *.pdb files. How can I do it? I don't want that using the "delete" command users erase one of them because it will cause conflicts. Also, I would like that when the user delete de application, all the *.pdb been deleted also. Thank you! Farzin --
