IMHO - Use Constructor.
While the Codewarrior default is pilRC, it fully supports
Constructor, and that has a better GUI

use PilRC
codewarrior R9 does not use constructor anymore; it actually used
PilRC to generate the resources. you can edit .rcp files

need an alternate bitmap of the correct res and add 4096 to the bitmap
resource ID and HandEra will take care of displaying the correct bitmap. I
