NetLibClose crash

Are there any known problems with NetLibClose or NetLibOpenCount in os 4.0? After initiaitng a socket session and downloading some data, I am crashing with a fatal error during my NetLibClose only on an m505 with a palm Modem. The code works fine with tungsten, m515, palm iiic, and the emulator
