Crosswords is developed entirly on Debian, which includes prctools for
ARM and 68K. It also uses par and multilink from djw.org. Source is
available at the link below.

I am working on linux SUSE using PRC tools. You can also transfer the files
to/from the PC easily either by HotSync with KPilot, or, if you have Sony Clie
device (such as myself), by MS Import.

Welcome. I use RPC-tools downloaded from http://www.palmos.com/dev
There are samples (code, Makefile and son on).
You have to download xcopilot also to synchronize your Palm under OS.
