It is part of the Palm OS source code that you can download after filing
the appropriate non-disclosure agreement with PalmSource. See their
developer pavilion section for details.

specify your own callback to handle list events.

to implement incremental searching in popup lists that don't have real
list
choices.)
Check out the buttons prefs menu. I'd say
this falls under your category of a bad
idea... :-)
Perhaps the designers were influenced by Bill G.
