Why are you binding a socket that you're going to use to connect to
something else? You only do that to a TCP socket when you're going to
listen for connect

anyways I am resending it..
I open as socket, bind(port 3000) it and connect to a server using netlib
calls on form open.
On formclose I close the socket using netlibsocketclose().
When I again open the form, bind command
