Screen blanking on a real T3

I have a pop-up application which runs fine on all OS5 devices except for the T3. Some T3 users report the unit's entire screen simply blanks when starting my app. Program runs fine on the T3 simulator though. Posting code would be a pain to everybody since I don't know where to look so this w
