I'm not sure where to look. I want to develop an app that will display a
list of choices while I'm entering
text in a field. I want it to be at the system level. So it will work
when I'm in any App/browser/etc. It's
similar to WordComplete. However, I can't buy it, I must build it.

I am trying make a loop that sends serial data every second when there is no input
into the Palm. But I have a problem with I think are system events. I have tested the
application and changed it many times. It works okay, but sometimes the pulses are
