I have a bunch of bmps to put into a resource.
I have dithered them down to 16 colours in Windows. They look passable
there.
If I use PilRC to make a 256 colour prc file with them, they look horrible
using the Palm palette.
Aaron suggested using COLORTABLE to put the palette in the prc.
