Does anybody have source code that sets network
preferences of a service with given parameters? Or
else, can anyone suggest a way to do it?
I need to set SPI, SPNI, IP, primary and secondary
DNS.
I appreciate any help,

Check out the interfaces to NetLibIFSettingGet/Set. These do what you need.
I don't have any code ready to send, but I've done it before, and it's
pretty straightforward.
