CSS is favourite for mobile sites. Opera is another idea - the desktop version
has a mobile mode, which is great for development.

To make a web application for blazer... do I use the
header html info for the device type to know that it
is a hand held (not sure what to search for there to
know it is a PDA)
Then based on knowing that, do I set my screens to be
only 200px in width or what, so I know PDA will handle
the page.

The Blazer browser on current Palm devices handles HTML and
styleshe
Webclipping is no longer possible on the latest devices, imo. They lack the
webclipping libraries
