Re: [Paraview] Ensight and FLUENT

Hi, I have used the fluent reader quite a bit. Basically the face zone information is completely ignored. The way that the Ensight reader handles fluid zones is to treat them as extra cell blocks. This could also been done with the Fluent reader with a small amount of extra code. I might do this

[Paraview] Poor movie quality (revisited)

2008-10-27 Thread Renato N. Elias
Some time ago I reported the poor quality of the movies that I've been creating in PV version 3. They seem darkened (I turned on the lights) and with low resolution (952 x 554 seems to be a good resolution). No one answered me and I concluded that the problem was some misconfiguration I made.

ParaView actually isn't all that good about animating camera rotations like you describe (bug #5554). You might be better off adding a transform filter to your data and animating one of the rotation parameters. -Ken On 10/25/08 1:41 AM, "Hom Nath Gharti" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Dear all,

That looks like a bug. I submitted a report. http://www.paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=7858 I think the problem is with the fixed point volume renderer. If your data is small enough, you can work around the problem by converting the data to an unstructured grid That will cause the volume rende
