Looks to me like you need to make sure glx is installed and working on
your machine. How to do that depends on you graphics card and drivers.

I bet you are running in an xterm after ssh'ing to another machine on Linux.
Try the following: xclock. If it doesn't work, that is the problem.
Solution? Try ssh -X into the second computer, then try xclock.
