I have just seen that PV 3.10.0-RC1 binaries are available on the
download page. Windows and Mac binaries can be dowloaded, but the Linux
links go to the public.kitware.com html page.

The linux 64bit binary is up now as well. The linux 32bit binary will follow
shortly along with formal release notes. Thank you for your patience.
