Using Paraview 3.14.1 64bit, I've been having issues with a shaky,
jittery 3D view with tiny 45 point datasets. Any assistance?

I think Utkarsh is suggesting that you might be suffering from
roundoff error. Maybe try recentering your points about (0,0,0) to see
if the issue goes away.

Additionally, for viewing point clouds in ParaView, you will want to go to
the ParaView Settings -> Render View and uncheck "LOD Threshold" and set
the "Coincident Topology Resolution" combobox to "Do Nothing" and then
