For most of them, it does not look as if they coded in VB6, or was only involved in migration projects. If it helps, when you are screening, you should ask about *VB6 specifically, COM / DCOM experience*, *packaging and deployment, and recent experience*. Look for candidates who have developed on both *XP and Windows 7*, and candidates who have not only migrated VB6 applications to .Net, but have developed *VB6 desktop applications.
