*Requirements :*



*Quantifiable Tech Capabilities: *

*4+ years of SFDC experience (can be a combo of dev, admin and BA work but
need at least 2 years of prior BA work)

*Ability to interface with the business to gather and document requirements
in order to drive projects

*Ideal is someone who has worked on a project where SFDC was recently
implemented or heavy customization was happening



*Technical Environment:* Salesforce has 220 users on it including primary
and secondary users.  The team is a Senior Program Analyst who knows
Salesforce really well, a junior Salesforce admin, and another manager who
knows technology well but doesn’t have much Salesforce experience.



*What does the ideal candidate/resume look like? * Ideal would be someone
who has worked on a Salesforce implementation or was present towards the
beginning of a customization effort.  Need to have at least 4 years of
Salesforce experience.  Need to be able to interface with the business to
gather requirements but also help out with administration as needed.
