I like to use XChat on windows although the official XChat build only works for 30 days w/o expiring... http://www.silverex.org/ makes a free unofficial windows build available if you're already comfortable using xchat in linux. i prefer Vim in windows mostly because that's what i already use in

Im a unix guy so i use Vim...even on windows ;) Mirc is usually the win32 client of choice. If you want something better youll need to use unix: install Cygwin, setup a vm, or build a box you can ssh to from putty. Chances are good that server will come in handy for lots of other things I
