It might sound somewhat odd suggestion. However why don't you go to
www.betanews.com (you don't have to be a member) and enter "broken mp3" in
to the search field and see what you come up with.

Hi,
I just recently found out about Icecast. I downloaded a server, but I have
been unable to find an accessible source program. I am using Windows XP.
Thanks.

Hi Gang,
When I randomly play mp3's from my collection of some 27,000
tunes, occasionally I get a file that sounds silent. Does anyone know of a
program that can help me root out those files that do not play? The task

I don't know about use of Window Eyes, but you might get a little
farther by using Real 10 to transfer the files. You need to have Real
10 and Sonic Stage/Open MG Jukebox on your computer. You will need to
load an md driver from within Real 10. There are pretty good
instructions in the Real 10 H
Is anyone using this program, with Jaws or other screen access programs?
Also the CD player that comes with Catraxx.

Hi, when I burn CD's, I like to put my compilations on a cdrw first before copying to

Instead of splitting the file, e-mail it using:
http://s11.yousendit.com
You can upload files up to 1 GB and the recipient receives a link to
download the file. Works very well.

Normally, I have no problem downloading from kazaa lite.
However, I can't seem to get "can't buy me love" by the beatles, on either

This number is listed as available (I assume).
Last night I left my puter on all night on winmx, and by this morning

Hi Donald. Sounds like you may be looking for a limiter or audio
compresser. I'd give Tomass' limiter or audio stalker a go. Cheers.

Hello,
I posted the original message in this thread. I do not want mp3gain as I
have it and know that it works well. What I am looking for is something
which will amplify a low volume level to a specified threshhold when a
segment is actually being recorded, not something after the fact.

You might try attenuator cord, but I tried that with
my NLS player and didn't get any audio through to
speak of. I eventually just came in through the mic
jack with it. You plug in the lead to the tape
recorder half way in to the mic jack and it works.
Wouldn't be able to do stereo though.
