DON'T TYPE,
The problem is Download Accelerator. If it is in the system tray, enter on
it to open a menu. You will need to disable downloading from IE. I don't
have it on this pc so don't remember what the actual wording is. You will
see menu listings for enable and disable. Onece you disable it then you will
