caps which I didn't know. She also asked me for the hardware fingerprint before

Okay, I bought victor readersoft from rfbd and went through the registration
process which, I was told, was successful. But when I try to start the app I
get a message that the user name and/or key isn't valid.
Has anyone else seen this problem with vrs? How did you resolve it?
