Hi there Ann and list. We got ouf transmitter on Friday and the screw was near the right, but I backed it up and turned it and well, works just fine. We now have excellent range. If you have a radio that you can put a ways away with its' antenna not raised, that could be a good way to tell,

I recently got a second C Crane FM transmitter and when I removed the plate on the back and tried to turn that screw, it seemed as if it was all the way to the right. But aftaer I atweaked it a bit with the screwdriver, and replaced that plate, the tramsmitter seemed to work better anyway. So
