Hi Dug. I don't know what a "mp3 karaoke file," is. But if you are talking about opening an mp3 file in GoldWave and placing another sound source on top of it and saving it as a wav file, then the answer is yes. Below, you will see a section of tutorial, written by a guy called John Wilson.
