Dear Ken: Doing a full backup sure can be a pain as it not only depends upon the cApabilities of the program you are using but also there may be hardware issues? Some hard drives require that you drag-n-drop programs to be copied is one example. Lot of luck! - Original Message -

Daveed! Noise Reduction 2.0 has nothing to do with Sound Forge directly. It is a stand alone plug-in that works with Sound Forge and may other programs. You have to notify Sound Forge that Noise Reduction 2.0 is available on your system and that you would like to have it directly available

to elaborate, it is good to have a fairly recent version of the firmware, since APH has made improvements in this aspect of the device. Under Options, you program the time interval moved when you hit +3 forward or 1+2 backward. the choices are 2 10 and 30 seconds. Also, 3, 6 and 9 forward
