What is it that you're looking for that Juice isn't doing?

I use Golden Ear available from http://brooklynnorth.com. It is very
accessible and you can either download the podcasts or listen to them
without downloading them.

quickest way I've found to do this is when you are focussed on an
episode of a podcast press shift tab twice and then you will get to
an area which Window-Eyes describes as a read-only, rich edit
