From 12:00 to 1:00pm EST, Fresh Air.
From 1:00 to 4:30pm-EST, is more classical music.

some other comedy content.
XM offers all the music channels plus comedy content plus 202 plus some
internet only streams such as streams no longer offered on the radio. I
think it depends on what you like to listen
