Hi, Arthur.
This is surely asked and answered, but as a 5.35 user, how do I stop Winamp
from elbowing in and demanding I upgrade to 5.5? Alternatively, how do I
make Windows Media Player my default, as I attempted without success earlier
today?

Hi Steve,
I like your conversion method, because one can choose some formats,
which theDiskWriter PlugIn doesn't handle. However, I can't start the
conversion, after I've configured the format PlugIn. With the
DiskWriter PlugIn, one simply plays the file to convert it, but this

Hi,
It is the combination of Mode plus any one of the five buttons on the front
of the recorder.
Note that the unit appears to be more reliable if you hold down the mode
button and wait a second or two prior to pressing the folder button you
want.

Hi,
As long as folks are sharing tips on getting the most out of winamp, I'm
wondering if there's some plain text documentation around which at least
summarizes things this wonderful software can do. There's a lot here,
the interface is rather unusual and a tutorial explaining important

That's because you have a checkbox checked that tells it to play the
entire bufferful of stuff, not stop immediately. There is definitely
a way around that one. I forget exactly how

Hey guys,
Anyone had this issue? I run an internet station.
It seems like once a week or so, in no predictable time, I'll lose my link.
In other words I have to re-connect the shoutcast plugin.
This is starting to become annoying.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Following on from Chris's very comprehensive message about converting
files in winamp there is another way to do this. 1) Go into the
Winamp preferences and go to the plug-ins section. 2) In plug-ins
go to the Media Library section. 3) Tab twice to get to the list of
