A beta version of Winamp 5.53 was released last week but this is a more
recent version and the official release of Winamp 5.53 and definitely

the product specification said maximum sampling rate: 192 hz. So, if I had
sounds with a higher sampling rate going through this card, what would happen?

If you actually had such a thing I'm assuming it would be down sampled to

Today I wanted to install the Yamaha S-YXG50 synthesizer.
In the description on the site and in the documentation I found is
written that it is able to run under Win XP.
After I installed it without any error, i rebooted the computer and
tried it out. I don't get any sound out of it.
