PC not recognizing Muvo T-100

Hi Gary, I understand about the front USB ports. I plugged the unit into my hub, just to check the unit, as they say not to use a hub to transfer files, etc. I had to press it in fairly hard, but the unit was recognized by my PC, and I am so glad it is not a problem with the Muvo itself. So
