Not looking for a headset here but just the microphone with noise cancellation
to work with Skype. Sound will be coming through the PC's speakers while
talking with Skype users. Will noise cancellation from the desktop microphone

Is it possible to buy just a USB microphone with noise canceling? I don't
really need headphones, but my current microphone has no noise canceling and
is very annoying.
