I'm an iPhone 5 user. I use Siri and Voice Over for most of what I do with
a phone--send text messages, make calls. I upgraded to 8 because of an
article much like the one in this message which I have just read most if not
all of. I'm now using 8.0.2. I have had enough problems with VO and
Hi Gary and all,
I upgraded to the 7.1, and I've had a lot of problems with Siri. It's very
frustrating. I would like to eventually get the KNFB reader app, but I'm
wondering how everything will work together. That's been my experience.

yes it can the 4s is a slower processor in it. and not as much memory. i did
hear of problems with the 4s when upgrading to 8.02.
what you may want to consider is backing up your 4s. selling that one and
get a 5s. out of contract pricing is still good for iphones.

Wow! That's an idea. Thanks.

the processor on the 5s is alot faster and you get 16gb of memory. that is
what alot of people do is after a wile sell the old iphone and upgrade to a
newer device. reset your phone to factory defaults if you do decide to sell
it. so your content is gone.

According to my friend Scott Davert there is a serious problem though when
using input from a braille display in contracted braille. It seems that
the translating function can take up to five seconds to do a word.

Hi!
I’ve decided to post an eMail on this subject for a variety of reasons, the
main being that there seems to be a myth doing the rounds, the myth says that
its impossible! to play third party content such as different audio file
formats etc on an iPhone or other IOS devices.

Hi All,
Once I could ghave an audio file or program playing via the internet and
record it in progress with soundforge via streaming. Now I can not and
belive something got accidently changed on my end. I would genuinely be
greatful to someone helping to make this feature return. Here is how I
You mention here an adapter from apple that allows you to move files, I
assume media specifically, over to directories on the phone from the
computer. Do these adapters require software to go along side them to
allow access to the phone's filesystem, software like sharepod, etc, and
does this
Yes, I believe so, its the camera kit though I've never played with it and am
not sure which IOS devices are supported with it these days.

Ah, yeah, I was just reading up on the Camera kit for the IPad, after I
sent my last message.
Unfortunately, the page I found was from 2010, so not sure how accurate
the info would be now.
May still be worth checking it out if the kit isn't super expensive, if
it still works on the 6 plus and
Well, Guess the subject pretty much says it, but does anyone have any
experiences with any other software that lets us move media back and
forth from our IOS devices?
I've kind of messed about with sharepod and Copytrans, but didn't have
much luck with either. I seem to recall that there was a
I've got to go up onto the Apple Store so I'll take a look whilst I'm there,
taking delivery of a new Mac Mini this week you see so I have to configure it
before its ordered smile.

Haha, excellent, I love new toys. If you happen to figure out anything
neat with the kit, if you get one, please do let me know, as my 6 plus
should be here in two days or so, me hopes. If it's still possible to
use things like USB keyboards and such on the phones, I'll certainly be
hopping
Okay, as yet I'm unable to confirm that the camera kit works with the iPhone 6,
several people say it does and I've seen nothing to say that it doesn't though
I'd prefer a defiant answer before I purchase one so I'll continue looking to
see what others are saying.
