For the new year, I want to get all of my audio-described VHS movies to
files on my PC which will work in my DVD drive. (Or a stand-alone DVD, but I
don't have one of those.)
What I have is Nero 6 on the PC, which I believe does record DVD's once the
files are on the PC, and a DVDRW drive. And ther
Is thre an MP3 player which will play both MP3 and .ogg files which is

I'm using Windows Media Player 9, and it drives me nuts to go to a web page
and launch a stream I want without a way to save it so I don't have to go
back to the web page. Is there a way to do that?
I could upgrade to Media Player 10 if I had to, doesn't matter to me. I use

first subscribed online a couple months ago, I could use it, though not
well. My experience was at that time the farther down the list the channels
you wanted were, the harder it was to activate them. But I was using

I have just purchased Total Recorder, the standard version. Can I record my
tapes using that software, or does making MP3 files of the cassettes require
something like Goldwave?
I didn't buy Total Recorder Pro, I know I could edit the files that way,
don't know if anybody uses that to edit.
Thanks
